Privacy Policy

Updated October 13, 2026

This policy describes how the SOL-H3.pro service handles information on SOL-H3.pro. Contact us at [email protected].

Where Clarity is enabled, with your analytics consent we associate signed-in visits on approved public pages with a site-prefixed internal account ID to understand visits across devices. Clarity hashes this identifier before transmission. We do not supply your email or name through this feature. Signing out or switching accounts ends the current recording and clears Clarity cookies. Private pages remain excluded. You can withdraw analytics consent in Cookie preferences.

Accounts and support

When you sign in, we store your account identifier, email address, display name, and information supplied by the available sign-in method. We use this to authenticate you, keep saved work separate between accounts, and provide support. Messages you send to support include the information you choose to provide.

Prompts, processing, and videos

Preparing a prompt alone does not send it for video generation. When an authorized user submits a generation job, the scene prompt and selected settings are sent to the video processing services needed to create and deliver the video and sound. Those services necessarily receive connection information, such as your IP address. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information.

When a recording is saved, its video bytes, scene prompt, creation time, and technical file information are stored with your account. Saved videos are not added to a public gallery. Access through this site requires the owning account to sign in. Authorized service personnel may access information when necessary for support, safety, or security.

Submitted jobs and their prompts are stored with your account. The result becomes available after processing and durable storage succeed. Closing the page does not cancel a submitted job. Downloaded copies are controlled by you and are not removed when you delete your account.

Browser storage and analytics

We use essential sign-in and security cookies. If you explicitly choose to sign in from the studio, a prompt and generation-settings draft may be stored in session storage and local storage to restore your work after sign-in. The shared sign-in draft expires after 30 minutes and is not uploaded as a server draft. Local storage can survive closing a tab; expiry is checked when the site runs again.

Optional analytics loads only after consent. Google Analytics receives clean public-page locations, not prompts or account data. Clarity is restricted to public informational pages with strict text masking; the homepage studio, private account pages, and sign-in pages are excluded. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled. You can withdraw consent on the cookie settings page. Our hosting and security systems may keep access, error, and abuse-prevention records needed to operate the service. See the cookie policy.

External services

Hosting, storage, sign-in, email, safety checking, and video processing services process information necessary for their functions. Example posters and videos are loaded from the research asset host, which receives normal connection information when your browser requests them. These services may process information outside your country. Payments are processed by Stripe, or by NOWPayments for cryptocurrency. We keep the transaction identifiers and credit-accounting records needed to deliver purchases and resolve billing issues; we do not store full payment-card details.

Retention and deletion

Account records and confirmed saved work remain in active storage while needed to provide the service, unless removed through account deletion or by service maintenance. We do not promise permanent storage. Deleting an account removes its saved video objects and prompt records from active storage and disables the account. Restricted backups and necessary security or legal records may remain until their normal retention or rotation ends; deletion is not an immediate purge of every backup.

You can request account deletion on the account page, or contact support about access, correction, export, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner. Applicable privacy rights and the ability to contact a local data-protection authority are not limited by this policy.

Abuse prevention and account security

When you sign up, sign in, check in or claim a free-credit offer, we record a keyed hash of the network you connect from (your IPv4 address, or the /64 block of an IPv6 address), together with your country and browser type. We never store the raw address. We use these records to give free offers once per network, detect several accounts operating from one network, and investigate abuse, fraud and chargebacks. If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland, we also record your consent to immediate supply (time, country and wording version) with each purchase.
